I need a bit of help.

I removed it successfully (I think) with Spybot, but now everytime I start up my computer I get the "cant run msupdate.exe', check the filename and try searching for the file". After that I get another message that pops up, this time telling me that msupdate is trying to start up again and if I want to remove it all together, I must delete the registery keys, which is a bit annoying because I would have thought Spybot would have done that for me.

Can anyone tell me how to manually delete this thing so I know its gone for good?
