We cant assist with filesharing progs, and i really really wouldnt use limewire its probably one of the worst methods to use for getting infected and getting caught.
If you are using a nvidia graphics card the drivers totally suck so that might be a problem it ran fine for me but im using ATI.

Umm, read his post?
nVidia's drivers suck at Vista atm so if you got a nVidia card like scot said, you're gonna have to wait.

Just like warriorscot said, you'll find that nobody here will answer that question since they don't assist with that.
As mentioned before, why bother getting it, when you use programs like that you are just asking for your computer to get infected. Filesharing/P2P are just computer problems waiting to happen because there are so much stuff on there that aren't what they claim to be.
As for the video card, since it's with the laptop, the best thing you can do is to make sure you got the most up to date drivers from Nvidia's website. Other than that, you are just going to have to wait it out.

That we can help with.
For the Intel Graphics drivers, please visit this site: Mobile Intel Express Chipset.
From there you can get the appropriate drivers with the specific version of Vista you have.
If you have any questions, please feel free to come back.

No intel chip will play CoH its a new dx9 game and thats an integrated solution they gave it just enough power so it will run the windows aero interface it does not play games well at all, even if you were able to force it to run it would be at the lowest resolution on the lowest setting it would look horrible you are best looking out some older games as on lower powered hardware then it can be run at higher setting and will look better than newer games.

Yah it'd do the same thing on XP. Its not an OS issue, its your card.
