System can't find CD Roms!

[attachment=13032:attachment][size=6]I am hopeful that someone can help me. I have two CD writers in my computer and I have never had a problem before copying disks. Today I could not do that as when I opened Nero Express, it could not find the destination cd roms drives, either of them. I have enclosed one pic of the error message I am getting fopr both drives. I have a Gateway and I'm using XP. The other day I tilted the tower almost completely forward to look on the back for a line in jack. I am wondering if maybe a cable is loose? I thought I would check here first. Any ideas on what I can do? Thanks in advance for your help.

Open the side cover of the computer and make sure that all the connectors on the flat cable that connects the drives to the motherboard are well secured. If this doesn't help download and run CDGONE from here.
