Windows Live Messenger Problem

I've been using Windows Live messenger since it's been released, but just yesterday, it started acting stupid regarding links in a chat window! Each time i click on a link someone sends to me, it doesn't pop a new window, it takes over another one that's already open! I looked through all of the options, and couldn't find anything.

Help! Please :whistling:
