Hi, here is my system log. I have tried removing the various trojans/tracking cookies/worms that i've had using Norton, AVG and the adware remover. I have tried it in safe mode as well where AVG picked up a worm but the laptop has still got issues. We have turned some of the processes off to try and make it run quicker and pin down the virus but it stil hasn't worked. The main issue is that it is very slow starting up and as soon as its gone through the startup processes it keeps wanting to access the internet... the 'do you want to work offline' box pops up about 10 times before eventually going away. Can you help? Thanks

...would it be easier just to start a fresh and reload windows etc.. from disk? I've heard that you can never really get rid of viruses completely?
