Am trying to email a presentation created on Microsoft Powerpoint. The output file is ppt. but my recipient doesn't have Powerpoint and cannot open the file for obvious reasons. I checked with Powerpoint Help and I have been given the following instuctions:
-Open presentation or Web Page you want to publish
-On the File Menu click Save as Web Page
-and so on..........

However when I go to File>Save As Web Page is not on the list, but there is
FTP locations and and NETWORK LOCATIONS.

Am I heading in the right directions.?

Regards
