DVD Burner Help

Well recently I tried buring a regular CD, and I receive an error. So basicly It is not letting me burn my disc, or even letting me get into Windows Explorer. The brand of the DVD burner is Optiarc. I searced for firmware updates, but could not find. I also have the JMicron RAID Configurer installed with my pc, and I know that has something to do with the both optical drives. Please Help! :blink:
