Hi,

There is a member of staff at my company who is trying to save a PDF as a TIFF file.

She receives the following ewrror message

"Acrobat could not save a page in this document because of the following error:
Creation of raster port failed(Page 1)"

Any ideas as to why this might be and any resolution
