I have a problem with MyDVD (sonic). Its telling me "The feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" At the bottom of this grey box there is a text bar with browse button. In the text bar it's says " c:\hp\tmp\src\ "
THIS HAS GOT ME TOTALLY CONFUSED, AND NOW I CANNOT GET RID OF IT!!!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP OUT A DAMSEL IN DISTRESS!!!!

It wouldnt let me up until now. I've uninstalled it and now i have a fatal error and msi.sonic_primoSDK whatever the heck that means.

I am haveing the same trouble as poohbear. I am afraid to uninstall the SONIC as I don't have the disc to reinstall. The program came with my PC. Could someone PLEASE help! :whistling:

who made your pc... dell, hp? Knowing the manufacture will help me in providing the proper instructions.

its not like hp to make it easy to find the solution. anyway I managed to find out how to reinstall the software.

If your system did not come with recovery dvd/cd's then you will need to contact hp.
