I have an ACER ASPIRE E500 Tower PC, I want to reformat the hard drive but I really can't figure out how to do this!

On other PC's I have had it was F10 and then easy from there.

All the stuff I have read about tells me to insert the XP disc into the drive but I did not have a disc with the PC.

Usually with Acer, you make backups when you first get a PC. Did you make a backup?

No no back ups were mentioned when I bought it. I thought there may be a partition in the hard drive that I accessed!
