Hi, ;) :tazz: When I start my computer I get the following messages- Error Loading AUNBS2.DLL, Error Loading WINDOWSUP2DATE.DLL. Cannot find specified file. The tabs in the tool bar say RUNDLL. I had the aircity.exe file but can't find it anymore. is this because of that? I went through all 5 steps they suggest. I still get those messages. I have some other files I've never heard of as well. Is all this related? Pleeeeeeeze help. Thank you! Oh Yeah and I can't get any windows updates. It won't allow a scan.?Stays at 0% and gives an error message.

those are not legitimate windows files...you are infected with spyware. Please read the MALWARE forum rules and then post a hijackthis log there.
