Just today the sound volume on my computer has gone weird. Before it is mentioned i know that its not a problem with my speakers because i tested them on another computer to make sure. I noticed when i thought the volume was low but it turned out they were on full volume, and before that would of been way to loud for me to listen to, let alone think it was quiet.
Ive checked all plug sockets and cables from the speakers and everything is connected. It's really puzzling me to whats wrong with them. Any ideas?

EDIT: I now know it is something to do with settings as i just played a song on real player and the volume was as it should be, yet i still have the problem with WMP and iTunes...

Maybe now this topic should be moved to a different forum now that its not to do with hardware...?
