* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.

Find and doubleclick the file cleanup312.exe.

Go to option
Select ‘custom’
Put a check to:* Cookies
* Prefetch
* Temp
* All users.
Press 'cleanup!'

Once it's done, do not log off.

Run Killbox (doubleclick Killbox.exe).

Run it, and click the radio button that says Delete a file on reboot. For each of the files in the box, paste them one at a time into the full path of file to delete box and click the red circle with a white cross in it.

The program will ask you if you want to reboot; say No each time until the last one has been pasted in whereupon you should answer Yes.

Now that you are clean, please follow these simple steps in order to keep your computer clean and secure:

• Use an AntiVirus Software - It is very important that your computer has an anti-virus software running on your machine. This alone can save you a lot of trouble with malware in the future.

• Update your AntiVirus Software - It is imperitive that you update your Antivirus software at least once a week (Even more if you wish). If you do not update your antivirus software then it will not be able to catch any of the new variants that may come out.
  
  
• Use a Firewall - I can not stress how important it is that you use a Firewall on your computer. Without a firewall your computer is succeptible to being hacked and taken over. I am very serious about this and see it happen almost every day with my clients. Simply using a Firewall in its default configuration can lower your risk greatly.

it just pops up..it has different types...and I can't copy the link and I didn't try to click the link, since I was afraid that it would cause more trouble for me and charge me money...

The header says Desktop Strippers, it tells the country where I am and there's a link saying click here if you are in USA.
It also says 100% ANONYMOUS, NO CREDIT CARD REQUIRED...
It pops up everytime I connect to the net...and a different window shows every other time..
The ad aware and spybot can't remove it...

Please do an online scan:
Panda online scan. Make sure it is set to FIX or CLEAN.
