Please can someone help me.

I am experiencing problems with my Dell Battery. Everytime I boot up my computer, I am presented with the ' battery recalibration' page despite the battery showing as full.

It tells me to drain the battery and then recharge for at least 3 hours (I've left it overnight).

I am also able to use the computer without an AC adaptor.

Can anyone make any recommendations?

I've tried changing settings through the contral panel>power management.

Many thanks
