Windows icon weird

Hi, I have something weird with my icons. I was playing a game and the next thing you know all my icons turned into something like these:

and I cant get them to change back. Please help me out,thank you.

Yes, it appears it still stayed like that. I could however use the applications though.

Can you right click the desktop, click properties, click each tab to check they are set correctly

Look for an option to set the video card to defaults
