Hi guys

Does anyone know how you can add a blog service to a website?

I have a slimming website, and have a phpbb forum on there. I would really like to add my own 'create your own blog' service to my members. This could help them like a journal would.

Is it possible? Is it easy? I am not good with web design (I fumbled my way through my current site!!)

Thanks

Helen

Have you checked your host's Control Panel? Some are adding Blog installations which make it easy to install on your web site.

And the last two posts bring up what I meant. :whistling: My Control Panel allows me to install a Forum, Chat, Blog and a few more to my web site if I wish. Very easy to do. Thanks guys for adding more info that even I can use.

Thank you all for your replies. Yes, it is to offer members a chance to create their own blog and be able to store it on my site. I have checked with my host but they don't offer this service.

I will have a look at the links you gave me, thanks!

btw, I am a girl :whistling:

Half the time people at your hosting site may not even know what they offer. This is what mind offers:

Pre-Configured Scripts:
Form Mail
Guestbook
Bulletin Board
PHP Nuke
Chat
Blogger
Multiple Java Applets

The complete list I can access from my Control panel (VDeck) is located here.

Not trying to promote a hosting site, but if you have a Control Panel, I would check. You may have a Blog ready to install into your Forum. If not, you'll have to go with what has been recommended already.
