evry time i use a antivirus program or spyware program no matter what safe mode or not my computor shutts down. I tryed also to accses my mscofig and it pops up and just disapears also evertime i reboot thye same old trojan virus pops up and i have to heal it everytime its called install exe i think i got it from msn messenger from a link that popped up plz help
