"I" Button resizing IE window same as F11 does.

A friends laptop has started resizing the Internet Explorer screen whenever she presses the "I" button much the same as when you press F11. Obviously very annoying when she is using messenger and surfing the web at the same time. Does anyone know and can explain how to rectify this.
