I recently got a new Dell 4700 and wanted to hook up a Creative 5300 5.1 surround system I bought about 3 years ago. On the back of my subwoofer there are the plugs to connect the cable to the back of my pc that are color coded. The colors on my speaker system are green for the front, black for the rear and a brown color for the center/subwoofer. The colors on the pc are pink, green and blue. Is there a way I can tell which colors correspond with the speaker sytem?
