When I try to instal a software program like turbo tax I get a message saying Application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000005).Click ok to terminate the application. For some reason I can not install anything anymore, Any suggestions on why and how do I fix it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That is a very generic error message, it could be bad RAM, bad driver, or from malware/adware. Use the tools outlined here to make sure your computer is clean:
