Hey again.
Which one does not work when you try to access, the top one or the bottom one?

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect

Dude! It worked! Now he said that he had a friend that had the same thing happen to him. I told him just as you told me. His reads....
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect
He said the second one doesn't work also. Before I told him to delete the second one I wanted you to take a look at it. The first one ends in "NoExecute=OptIn" What does that mean? He said that he has just left it that way for nearly two years. What should I tell him?

Pretty simple.
Delete the following line from the text:
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect

Is it always the one that does not work then regardless of what the other one says?
