Hi guys I am such a noob. lol I am getting this critical msg when I defrag and I dont know how to fix it.

The MFT usage is currently 99% of the total MFT size, which indicates it is likely the MFT will become framented.

I did go into my registry and created a valuename NtfsMftZoneReservation and set the type to REG_DWORD and the data to the max of 4. Yet I still get the critical error. Is there anything I can do other then reformat? Please help me :whistling:
