new problem after game crashes i have to ctrl alt del to close the game and when i try to restart it this megg comes up it says to chack directX 9.0c is installed and video drivers are up to date

i need help updateing my video card i dono were to down load it from it is a radeon 9550 agp 8X

ok i tryed puting in a old radeon 9600se 128 mb ddr that a had laying around and now it is working so i don't know, i may have had a bad video card.
