I just bought my mother a Vista computer. I have no idea what is compatible for vista in regards to AV, Firewall or ASW programs. Any insight on what I should put on it would be greatly appreciated.

AVG Anti-Malware 7.5 is compatible with Vista as I have it installed on my computer which has Vista Ultimate 64-bit version. As for a firewall, one really isn't needed unless you know you someone hates you. :whistling: Besides, I would use a hardware firewall before a software one anyways.
