Flash Player not working!

For some reason some web pages aren't playing/loading flash files. I know i have the latest flash player because i have been to the adobe site to download it, and i get the message saying that it is successfully installed.

i can give an example of a web page that this problem occurs if it helps.

i use ie7 and a browser supplied by my isp which at a guess is based on ie7
