I have xp OEM system. I buy new xp disc. Can I use new disc to repair OEM system

If the new disk is also OEM there should be no problems.

When you say full version do you mean Retail? If it is the retail version you can do the repair but you will need to input the key for the new disk when asked.

What is your system running that needs to be repaired.

As long as you bought the same version and SP as the OEM is, there should be no problems.
