Anyone know how to remove Trojan.NtRootKit.188 File c:\windows\system32\1155834524.dll is infected wit

I have researched and can't find a way to remove it. Even if I delete dll file in safe mode it keeps returning. :whistling:

Thank you , for your advice I found a link to the program Trojan Remover that worked real well and removed the problem properly thank you :whistling:
