When I reboot my pc,windows installer pops up and trys to install 2 old programs that have been uninstalled on my pc.How can i fix this annoying problem??

This is not an uncommon problem. Microsoft has provided a tool:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Download/install/run Installer Cleanup Utility.
It will provide a list of applications for which Windows Installer has files. One click on the old program name to highlight, and then select "Remove." Do not use this tool on a program that is current and valid. It will be necessary to re-install any program that this tool removes.
