Its good, change the hard drive to a SATAII one they are faster and cheaper than ATA drives, Powmax aren't a great brand but they are adequate, Antec is the best company for budget systems they come with really good power supplies with them as well for almost nothing and they often come with fans too they are the best place if its your first system or you dont build them very often or are on a budget as they are the cheapest as well as the highest quality.
