Page File Degragging

Yesterday, i clicked on a site mentioned in someone else's Q&A for downloading a program that would defrag a page file. While everything seemed to go well, it did not defrag on boot as i had set it. I cannot even find it on my computer, now.
I did search on here to see if i could relocate that article again. No luck.
Can anyone direct me so i can try again.??

Did you check your History and see if you could recognize the page you were on yesterday? Use Ctrl+h with browser window open.

Although I have Page Defrag, I have never found it necessary to run. Very few fragments created in there under normal operation.
