Hey,

I got Worms Armageddon from my friend and I installed it. I run the game and the menus appear, I can select the menus and choose to do different things.

However, when I choose to start a game, the screen just goes black and nothing happens.

I have to CTRL+ALT+DELETE to get out of the game. In the Task Manager, the Worms Armageddon says "Running" beside it as opposed to "Not Responding"


Does anyone know how to get this problem out of the way?

Im using on board graphics so it cant be the drivers...

incorrect....even onboard graphics have driver updates...onboard doesn't mean hard coded

have you checked the system specs for the game?

Hmm...I do appologise.

It says the game is for 95/98 but I have it in compatability mode for 95/98.

Worms Armageddon is constantly patched even many years down the line after it first came out. In this case it also adds full support for XP which wasn't available when the game first came out.
