Hello, I have media player 11 installed but I am unable to play video clips from the internet. I have tried troublshooting from aol and microsoft but to no avail. Please can somebody help me?

Are you on dial-up or broadband? Get any error codes? Video/audio jerky?

I am on broadband. I do not get any error messages. There is no picture at all. I can't get anything except a blank screen. If I press play nothing at all happens.
