I have a Dell Dimension Desktop and it appears my kid raids it when shes been grounded off of her laptop...so I need to be able to turn it on and only proceed further after I put in a password...can anyone advise me how to do it or where to look to find out how to do it? ooo..I have XP Media on it ...

Thank you.
