When I try to patch FEAR up to the latest version I get this message:
'The version of F.E.A.R found on this computer is incompatible with this installer. Update aborted.'
Anyone have any way to get round this?

this error normally occurs when trying to apply a patch that is for a different language. english patch for the french version for example.
