Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can help me...

When I start my Server I keep getting a message saying that Sevices.exe failed to start and it gives me the error code 0xc0000142.

The only problem is that I cant log in to Windows, because as soon as I press OK, it hangs and doesnt do anything.

Can anyone help me?

I saw a post that said all you have to do is install a SP, but when I log in to Safe Mode, it doesnt let me get an internet connection for some reason.

Do you have an option for "Safe Mode with Networking"?

See if you can still navigate without clicking "OK".
