I am using windows xp sp2, and when I try to use windows auto update or try and go to microsoft update site, and try to download updates, all of the updates fail to load and install, can anybody help? :whistling:

Are you using IE6 or IE7? What errors are you receiving? Have you scanned for malware and deemed your PC clean?

start...run...type in services.msc....press enter...scroll down until you find ..windows installer...double click on it and set it to automatic...upper left ..click on start the service..
close the window...try installing again...
