I get ticking noises from my Computer, It sounds like the noises when your computer is looking for what Internet Connection you run on. I have been searching through Google and other people say it is Fans but It don't sound like that, I'm only 13 years old so I don't know much and the PC is Presario 6000 and Pentuim 4.

Please help!

could be you have a fan making intermittent contact with a cable or wire. It could also be a hard drive about to fail. I would open the case and check the fans.
