I am using XP and have a couple of problems.
First is when I log off I am getting this message: ending InCD_GUI_MAINFRAME_1A6EOD67; end now. What is this?

Secondly, when I click "turn off computer" to shutdown the system nothing happens for close to 5 mins, sometimes more, before the options to shut down or restart computer comes on. When this eventually comes on, it will take another 5 or so minutes before shut down.

My system:
AMD Athlon ™ XP
1.6GHz, 512MB of RAM

Could be the Nero InCD application causing the delay. InCD is used for formatting CD-RW discs then burning files directly to the CD-drive icon in My Computer/Windows Explorer. It's not a very reliable method of cd-burning so if you don't use it I would simply uninstall it and see what your PC is like after that.
