I need help. I am using a dial up connection and am able to get online and able to access web sites. My problem is once I am online and I start accessing websites I can not continue to access them. There are times I sign on and immediately get a "this web page cannot be displayed" and there are times I can go 5 or 6 pages before I received this error message. Once I receive the message I can not get onto any other web site until I completey shut my computer down and restart it. This is very frustrating and I can not figure out what the problem is. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate them.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
