morning folks. have verizon fios with msn premium loaded. using msn explorer as home page. module for e-mail no longer has previews of new e-mail.says hotmail not available at this time. been abouttwo weeks now. default e-mail is msn. going to e-mail now says just mail instead of msn mail. hope this is clear enough. ask for any other info if needed or clarification. tks. frank.

just try logging in at hotmail.com.

I've had this same issue and doing the above fixes it.
