OK heres my problem, i can get into the BIOs while booting up but i cant seem to find any of the stuff in any of the options to change it such as the BUS or FBS. Where would i be able to find/acess these options? Running xp on and intel 2.4. runs slowly so i need to oc it to get decent speed out of it for online games.

What mainboard have you got? You may have to enable an advanced or expert feature to get the settings to show. Or you just may have a board that does not allow this type of horseplay...

another important thing to realize is that your processor is not the only thing that games run off of...............you may have other components that are bogging down your performance.........the mobo you have may not overclock it may be "Locked" as they call it..........which means that the multiplier is locked or bus speed (not sure which, or maybe its both). for more info on overclocking there is a pinned topic in the system building and overclocking section. ;) ..............get back to me on some more specific tech specs and i can help you out with how to go about overclocking.............i hope :tazz:
