I've have had VoIP for over a year and have not had any problems until about 1 month ago. My phone still works however we are having frequent problems with internet connection. The internet connection will work for a short while then stop. After unplugging everything and reconnecting, sometimes we get a connection.

I have purchased and installed a new ethernet card (since the internet company and phone company blamed that!) but am still having problems.

Any suggestions?
