I also didn't have much luck finding info on this virus. Do you have all critical updates installed?

Can this virus cause WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER to load up at START UP????

this "psw agent" virus has been detected by my avg virus scan also but i can't seem to get rid of it? anyone have any tips?
