I got vista a few days ago and i want to set up 2 different user accounts for this computer, and i have some questions:

1) How can i set it so that 1 user account can have windows set for 'best appearance' (in advanced options after right clicking on my computer and going to propertys), and the other set for best performance?
2) Is thier a way to choose what programs the non administrator account wil have acces to?
3) when i delete desktop icons in one acount, i delets them in the other, how can i stop this?
