Hi All,

I have this funny problem. I have two PC out of 39 that when the ID was setup in Outlook Express (OE) I did not have the pass word at the time of set up. So now the person that uses it have to enter the password all time. I have done the check the box for remember password close down OE, even reboot and hard boot. But it won't remember password. I have Googled it and I know its a glich with OE and outlook but was hoping someone would know a fix without having delet the ID and starting over.

i think the easiest way would be to delete their profile locally and start over from scratch...what are your concerns against doing this?

You could also uninstall OE and reinstall it back from Control panel > add/remove programs > add/remove windows components (uncheck OE, confirm, recheck it again). It won't harm address book or mail presntly in folders.
