Can someone explain to me what this Undeliverable Message means?

550 MTA inaccessible for too long for domain: xxxxxx.com

MTA inaccessible for too long means that the mail transfer agent timed out on the message...that's either your server or their server....hard to pinpoint...but looks to be on "their side" kind of issue...USUALLY your mail server will try to resend that message again before total failure happens....is that the entire NDR (non delivery report)? if it's not could you post the whole thing?

That was basically the main part of the message, here is the other part.

This is the message: <xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.local #5.5.0 smtp;550 MTA inaccessible for too long for domain:xxxxxx.com - psmtp>

that corresponds to the recieving domain correct?
