Hi, I'm using Windows XP SP2, and I can't adjust the time for daylight savings time.

I'm logged in as an administrator, yet when I click 'Adjust Date/Time' it comes up with

You do not have the proper privilege level to change the System Time

I'm not using a limited account.

The computer recognizes me as an Administrator, it's never told me that i have insufficient privileges before.

What do I need to do to be able to set my time?

I would try starting in safe mode, log on as system admin, and do it there.
