I need major help. I did a system restore and then I tried logging into my computer but when I did I noticed the logon screen was different then I set it up as and when I did log in under a Admin. account, when I logged on it said something like "McAfee couldn't load apllication resources, please re-install McAee". I pressed ok assuming everything would be normal, but then the screen appeared again, and kept repeating itself, then after awhile I saw a screen say "preparing to install", I let it to it's thing, then nothing loaded and the "hrad drive light" wasn't lit. I went into safe mode, nothing loaded. I went to safe mode with Command Prompt, it ran and I tried running programs that would trigger the internet so I could come here so I ran Xfire, it said it needed to download a file (not a update), it then loaded with the internet, but when I tried going to a website it said "MSHTML.DLL could not be found, please re-install to fix this issue." It can run programs that I didn't know I had like "Start Windows" or "Start Logs", it gave me a list to open it from but it never loaded.

Please someone help me before I trash the place I live in.
