Hi FWWM. Welcome to Geeks to Go!

Let me get some additional information from you to help diagnose the problem.

1. Please confirm the Operating System, including Service Packs.

2. Please confirm the PowerPoint version, including Service Packs. Have you hit the Microsoft Update site to get all available updates?

3. Are you able to print anything from PowerPoint without it crashing?

4. If not, has PP ever been able to print without crashing?

5. Do you have a different printer available, to test whether the problem is specific to that printer? Or does that printer work okay with other programs, just not PP?

6. What make/model of printer is it?

7. Is that printer attached directly to your computer or it networked/shared? If directly connected, what type of cable does it use?

8. Do you have antivirus software installed and running? What about a firewall?
