IBM ThinkPad (Centrino) bootup very slow

My one week old IBM ThinkPad (Centrino) which I'd just reformatted is taking at least 3-5 minutes to bootup. This happens after I install all my applications. I suspect it may be due to either my Chinese XP or the Intel wireless software. I disable my wireless adapter from device manager and the bootup is faster but still slow.. This is the reason for me suspecting the wireless but then again, it wasn't slow before I install my applications (meaning the wiressless is enable but without any applications install yet) . I'd run hijackthis and here's the log:

I'd uninstall my Chinese XP and also uninstalled Intel wireless software, tried disabling norton anti-virus, but the bootup time just seems to get longer and longer.. Any kind soul can help me to troubleshoot? I run a hijackthis again and here's the updated log:
